Create the message cards
Log in to Qreet and click Generate QR Codes. You get two codes: one for your customer to record, one for the recipient to watch.
Your customer records
Text them the recording link or hand them the printed code. They record a short video, voice, or written note in their phone browser, and can re-record until it’s right.
Tuck it in with the gift
Print the recipient card on your own printer and slip it in with the bouquet or box. The recipient scans it and watches instantly, with no app and no account.

What is Qreet?+
Qreet is a service for retailers that lets shoppers attach a personal video, voice, or text message to a physical gift. Use it from your Qreet dashboard for any order, or connect your WooCommerce store with the free plugin.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Every Qreet account includes 5 message credits every month at no cost, and you don’t need a credit card to start. If you need more than five messages in a month, you can top up any time.
Do customers or recipients need an app?+
No. Recording and watching both happen in an ordinary phone browser. The buyer records from a link (sent by text or email, or opened by scanning a printed code), and the recipient simply scans the QR card — nothing to install and no account to create.
How does it work with my shop?+
Two ways. Without any setup, generate QR cards from your Qreet dashboard for any order — walk-in, phone, or online — then print the recipient card and tuck it in with the gift. If you sell on WooCommerce, install the free Qreet plugin and add your API key: an “add a personal message” option appears on your product, cart, and checkout pages, and Qreet handles the recording link and the printable card automatically.
Do I need a website or online store?+
No. Many florists and gift shops use Qreet straight from the dashboard for walk-in and phone orders. Create a message card, send your customer the recording link or hand them the printed code, and tuck the recipient card in with the gift.
How much does Qreet cost?+
Getting started is free and includes 5 messages every month with no credit card required. Beyond that you add credits as you go — there is no monthly subscription, and you only pay for what you use. Top-up packs start at $45.00 CAD for 30 messages, as low as $1.20 CAD per message for larger packs.
What can customers record?+
A short video, a voice message, or a written note — whichever they prefer. They can preview and re-record before finishing, so the message is exactly how they want it.
Can I print the card in my own branding?+
Yes. QR cards can be generated and printed in bulk in your shop’s branding, and the on-store add-on inherits your theme’s button styling or custom colours you choose.
Is it private and secure?+
Yes. Messages open through unique, secure links and are not listed publicly. Links expire after the delivery window, so a message cannot be found or shared beyond its recipient.
