Terms of Use

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qreet service, website, dashboard, APIs, and the Qreet plugin for WooCommerce (together, the "Service"), operated by Qreet ("Qreet", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Qreet lets merchants offer their customers the ability to attach a personal video, voice, or text message to a physical gift. Qreet records and hosts the message and generates a QR code card that links to it. Merchants integrate Qreet with their store, typically through the Qreet plugin for WooCommerce, and purchase message credits that are consumed when messages are created.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your API key and credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

3. Credits and payment

Creating an account is free. Producing and hosting messages consumes credits. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe); card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Qreet. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. Prices and bundle sizes may change; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You and your customers may not use the Service to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates the rights of others, and may not misuse the Service to distribute malware, spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and messages

You and your customers retain ownership of the messages recorded through the Service. You grant Qreet the limited license needed to host, process, transcode, and deliver those messages to their intended recipients and to operate the Service. Messages and QR links may expire after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy or in the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qreet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Qreet in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
